Refund Policy

At My Bin Butler, we take pride in providing reliable, high-quality service. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to be fair and transparent with all of our policies — including refunds.

 

One-Time Services

If you need to cancel a one-time service (such as bin cleaning or trash day concierge):

  • Full refunds are available if canceled at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled service.

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a partial charge or rescheduling fee.

  • If we are unable to complete the service due to factors within our control, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.

 

Recurring Services (Monthly Plans)

For customers on recurring service plans:

  • You may cancel your plan at any time by contacting us.

  • Refunds will not be issued for services already rendered.

  • If you paid in advance for a package and wish to cancel, we’ll issue a pro-rated refund based on the remaining unused services.

 

Fresh Bin Finish Add-On

  • Cancellations or reschedules must be made 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund or credit.

  • Missed or skipped services due to inaccessible bins may not be refunded.
