Welcome to My Bin Butler. By using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before booking or engaging with our business.

1. Services Provided

We offer trash and recycling bin cleaning services for residential and commercial properties in Massachusetts. Our services may include:

  • One-time or recurring bin cleaning

  • Trash day curbside assistance (bin-to-curb and return)

  • Trash bag collection and disposal into onsite dumpster

  • Customized plans for multi-property clients (landlords, Airbnb hosts, property managers)

All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

2. Scheduling & Access

Customers must ensure their bins are accessible on the scheduled service day. If we cannot access your bins due to locked gates, blocked driveways, or other obstructions, the service may be skipped, and a rescheduling fee may apply.

3. Payments

Payments must be made in full at the time of booking or according to the terms of your selected service plan. We accept payments through secure processors available via our Wix website.

For recurring plans, your card may be charged automatically based on your billing cycle. You can cancel or update your plan at any time by contacting us or on our website.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • One-time services: Must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund.

  • Recurring services: You may cancel anytime, but services already rendered are non-refundable.

  • Missed Services: If we miss a service due to our error, we will reschedule at no cost to you.

 

5. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure effective service, you agree to:

  • Leave bins visible and accessible by 8 AM the day before y

  • Remove excess trash or hazardous materials from bins

  • Notify us of any special access requirements

 

6. Limitations of Liability

While we take great care with each cleaning, we are not liable for damage to bins resulting from prior wear, extreme temperatures, or manufacturer defects.

We are not responsible for missed pickups by your waste collection provider.

 

7. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to change pricing, availability, or service offerings at any time. Any changes to your plan will be communicated in advance.

8. Website Use

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or to attempt unauthorized access to our systems or customer data. All content, branding, and design on our website is the property of My Bin Butler.

 

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Massachusetts.
